Application of Non-Gmo Soy Isolated Protein Food Grade
Soy protein isolate is used in the food industry for nutritional (increasing protein content), better mouthfeel, bland flavour and functional reasons (for applications requiring emulsification, water and fat absorption and adhesive properties).
