Property:White powder, easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol; Density at 2.45g/cm³ and melting point at 890ºC; Deliquescent in the open air. The water solution shows weak alkalinity and stable at 70ºC, but will be hydrolyzed into disodium phosphate when boiled.

Totally,mainly used as in industry as detergent auxiliary , paper production to bleach and electroplatingy.It is used for
electroplating baths to form complexes together with Fe;For woolen industry as degreasing angent as well as bleaching agent;For Paper industry as decolorizer;For printing and dyeing industry as auxliary agent;For toothpast industry as additive to form colloid together with Dicalcium phosphate;For water treatment industry as water softner;For machanic industry as rust remover.

Application in Detergent.
For the ability of complex with Fe,SHMP is the strongest.TSPP could react with Ca2+,Mg2+ to form water soluble complex.,but with
Ca,TSPP is the strongest;STPP is the middle.
TSPP could react with water insoluble dust as flocuulation when wash clothes and also emulsify insoluble oils; TSPP could cause lower surface tension and interfacial tension to mius the usage of surface active materials.

Application in Paper Industry.
When use H2O2 as decolorizer,TSPP could 
react with Fe to improve the decolorizing 
effect .
