Soy phosphatidylcholine (PC), also known as "L-α-phosphatidylcholine (soy)", is a waxy solid isolated by solvent-extraction from deoiled soy lecithin. Orison Chemicals manufactures it commercially as a raw material for various applications and uses. Soy phosphatidylcholine (PC) 80% is mainly for the company using it directly or as a raw material to produce "phosphatidylserine (PS)".
